Luu Hoang Van stated she is striving to regain her best form ahead of the Asian Cup.

Hoang Van herself had faced an injury in the past year but has now returned to training with the team. The midfielder said she is working hard every day to regain her feel for the ball and her top condition. “I have also been trying to regain my best techniques and feel for the ball,”Luu Hoang Van said. Her return is seen as a positive boost for the Vietnamese U20 women's midfield.

Given that many opponents in the final round possess superior physicality and fitness, the coaching staff has developed specialized training programs to improve defensive capabilities, team organization, and physical foundations. Additionally, opponent analysis is being conducted to shape a suitable playing style and minimize disadvantages in the official tournament.

According to Hoang Van's assessment, they possess good technique and football intelligence, contributing to positive competition within the squad. Compared to the qualifying stage, the team's collective strength is considered to have been consolidated, despite the absence of some overage players.

Looking ahead to the training camp in China, Hoang Van expressed excitement and views it as an important opportunity to gain match experience. Regarding goals, she affirmed: “I will strive with the team to achieve the collective goal, and I also have my personal objectives to pursue.”This spirit reflects the overall determination of the Vietnamese U20 women's team on the eve of the continental competition.
