Southeast Asian fans collectively reacted when the Vietnamese team won 2-1 against India.

Southeast Asian fans sent congratulations and also reminded the Vietnamese women's team to stay highly focused in the upcoming matches of the 2026 Asian Cup finals.

On the opening day of Group C in the 2026 Asian Cup finals, theVietnamese women's team defeated India with a score of 2-1, thereby moving up to second place in the group standings.
